One of outs BV9550 Pros stopped working permanently. They are got from Indiegogo. Can BV fix the problem?

Thanks, I contatced Kelly and sent the phone to the address in my country she gave me. Kelly seems busy, so I'll ask here. I assume this company ships the phone to BV, right? So the phone must go forth and back. How long can it take until we'll get it repaired back?
