One of outs BV9550 Pros stopped working permanently. They are got from Indiegogo. Can BV fix the problem?

Thanks, I contatced Kelly and sent the phone to the address in my country she gave me. Kelly seems busy, so I'll ask here. I assume this company ships the phone to BV, right? So the phone must go forth and back. How long can it take until we'll get it repaired back?

If repaired it may take 1-2 weeks.

Kelly confirmed the phone arrived to BV and it was stated that the damage was man-made. We discussed it and I sent money for repair on December, 29. Since then I got no information about the status despite I asked couple of times. I got no response at all. I'm starting to worry that something is wrong. How can I check if my phone is repaired and send back, and what's happening to it?

You'll have to contact Kelly for that.
Consider also that in February, because the Chinese End of the year, all services will be on holiday!

Well, it's March, 8th. February is over (hope you all had great time celebrating new year), and I still don't have my phone back and didn't get any response from Kelly despite I asked several times already. I don't know what's happening. What I can do now?

...still nothing. How long is "little"?
I sent $192 for repair via PayPal (on account owned by DOKE COMMUNICATION(HK)LIMITED) on Dec 29th, 2018.
I asked then for status of the repair three times via e-mail sent to Kelly on Jan 30th, Feb 6th, Feb 22nd, and today.
Before I sent money, Kelly used to respond next day after I wrote to her. After I sent the money she stopped responding at all. Doesn't it look like a fraud pattern? I understand the new year celebration in February might took a "little", but the phone should have been repaired and sent back some time before the Chinese New Year and there passed a lot of time after that to at least answer with the status of the repair.
Could you please ask somebody to check the issue?
