That makes me a bit happier but even if I will get my $ back, the phone is still missing. Could you please forward my problem to Kelly's supervisor? I'd like to get the phone back too. I'm sure I could repair it myself then. After all it's a matter of the Blackview's honour.

I work in R&D and I know how much effort is needed to make such a great phone. All these people who worked on it deserve to be supported by the best customer service in the end so their work could be appreciated.

On the contrary! Since I sent money for repair Kelly didn't respond to any of my emails nor did she answer on Skype despite I've seen somebody read my messages on the other side. She avoids any contact. Is it some kind of Chinese culture to be nice to get money and then just disappear, not doing what was paid for? I'm asking seriously, because this is way different from my culture. Here, if somebody does this way he's a fraud without honor. And you are he only one who responds. I appreciate that.

Then, I don't believe Kelly will answer. She got months to do this already. I think my phone was stolen and sold to somebody but nobody wants to admit it. I don't know if Kelly did it or not. Maybe she didn't see the phone at all just relaying info that it arrived and needs payment for repair. The phone was probably repaired (what I paid for) and then stolen by somebody. Let's call it "missed". At this time company was responsible for this phone. If the company cannot find the phone, sending a new one would be the most honorable solution. The company should not give up responsibility for its employees on its customers. 
I think that the person who "missed" my phone assumes that this would be extremely difficult for me to hunt him or her down. But when I was robbed of my phone, the Blackview was robbed of a piece of its reputation. It's emerging company and reputation is the key for the success.

A part of responsibility for the Blackview's reputation bear also it's contact people. You do well but Kelly doesn't. Muteness is not a way of solving problems. It's a way leading to escalation. That's why i asked for contact for her supervisor. On anybody able to resolve the problem or just admit that the problem cannot be solved. Communication is important in building a reputation.
