How does the Blackview fail to support its customers

I've got two BV9500Pro from Indiegogo. Earlier I've got BV6000 and P2 Blackview phones from Aliexpress. P2, carried always is a protective folding case caused no poblems. However, two of 3 rugged phones failed to withstand fall from a little height. Quite fragile as for indestructible, rugged, military-grade devices, aren't they?
BV6000 fell from no more than 30cm. After that the bottom portion of the screen has lost sensitivity to touch. Having to slide from the bottom up, I couldn't unlock the phone. The seller wasn't interrested to help. The Blackview sent back to the seller. I had to buy a front panel on Aliecpress and replace it myself.
I found one day the Blackview has started a cowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo, selling it's going-to-be-new model BV9500. I decided to become a backer and ordered a pack of two, for $738. Yellow for me and black for my girlfriend who was using P2 at that time. Phones were sent some 2 months later than originally planned but they finally arrived and worked quite good. But not for long. Unfortunately, the black one has slipped off the pocket on the concrete floor, hitting the ground with its side. Got a little dent on the aluminium side bracket... and the screen went black.
Now the long story begins but I'll tell it shortly. I created a new topic on the Blackview's forum asking for help and was advised to contact Kelly. She wrote to send the phone for repair. I was nicely surprised I have to send the phone to domestic logistic company so it was much cheaper than sending a package to China. But waht starts fine, doesn't have to end well. More you can read in the forum's thread (part 1 & part 2), which was deleted from the forum when I shared a link for the first time. But I had a copy already... The second thread is still alive but the hope I'll get the phone back has died after 5 months.
I've yet to preprare emails to publish. Mostly the emails I wrote because after I sent money for repair BV people weren't very responsive. They hope I'd never sue them, because this would cost more than the phone does. But I don't need lawyers having the truth. The truth the Blackview tried to hide.
